 formed from PMC (precious metal CLAY): 

 The "clay" is molded or formed freehand, allowed to dry for a day or two, carved, carefully sanded so all is perfect!  Then, fired at 1300 degrees, polished lovingly and precious and beautiful silver pieces are the result!
